The Heritage Park Neighborhood Association strives to establish and uphold policies that preserve the tranquility and beauty of our community while promoting inclusivity and ensuring that all our neighbors feel welcome. We aren't here to point fingers or to pass judgement; we're here to keep kids and pets safe, to maintain the safety and quality of our shared spaces, and to foster a strong sense of community pride.

To keep our community safe, comfortable, and inviting, Heritage Park neighbors agree to comply with the standards and policies detailed in this document. If you'd like clarification on any of these items or need guidance on a specific project, please contact us, and we'll be happy to help!
Our neighborhood association is committed to working with residents to support their efforts to comply with the community covenants, conditions, and restrictions above. We'll notify you of any problematic areas at your property in accordance with the process described in this document, and we'll be available to advise and support you however we can.
COMMON QUESTIONS
HOW MUCH ARE ANNUAL DUES AND HOW SHOULD I PAY?
Annual dues are $144.00 per year and can be paid by check (made payable to HPMA) or debit/credit card. Payment is due by February 1. If paying in full isn't currently feasible for your family, please contact us, and we'll work with you to set up a payment plan.
WHAT KINDS OF PROJECTS DO I NEED TO REQUEST BOARD APPROVAL FOR?
Generally speaking anything that will visibly alter the exterior of your home requires advance board approval, including — but not limited to — exterior painting; construction of decks, patios, and fencing; replacement of siding; and driveway paving. To avoid frustration for both you and your neighbors, please check in with the board about potential projects before getting underway.
WHAT IS THE POLICY ON EXTERIOR PAINT COLORS?
To maintain a cohesive aesthetic throughout our neighborhood, home exteriors must be painted in neutral earth tones. All exterior paint colors are subject to board approval. Please submit your desired paint color for review before purchasing; we'll respond to your request within 48 hours.
